The only difference is that you need to actually sell your free offer.  Huh?  Isn’t that an oxymoron?  Probably, but that doesn’t make it untrue.

In the world of Internet spam and mindless drivel constantly being peddled, people are much more leery of giving out their email addresses than they were years ago.  As such, if you want to get more opt-ins, you actually have to sell your free offer.

So how do you sell your free offer?  Ad copy.  Yup.  You have to learn a bit about it or you won’t be selling much of anything.  Be compelling; entice your readers to opt-in.
